Monday Night Thoughts.

On desire: The universe is my oyster and not only do I want to get that shiny, gleamy pearl that’s inside, I want to relish in the process of cracking open the shell with my own two hands.

On how you got here today: Abundance and possibility. That’s what makes everyday one to remember. It’s all an endless stream. Think about yourself even a month ago-maybe not an earth shattering change has occurred- yet, those little gifts of bliss and brillance brought you to pick up your pen and write this down.

On baggage: What if we had tattooed on our foreheads what we can’t let go of? A person, nasty habit, moment in time, a feeling.

On innocence: Why is it viewed as weak? It may be one of the strongest qualities to have.

On loss: No final goodbye. No door closed. Just shell shock and eventually, maybe one day, full acceptance.

On Subway cookies: How do they make their cookies that soft and good consistently? I’ve never had a bad cookie from Subway.

On thunderstorms: Makes me wonder why Zeus is having a temper tantrum.

On the streets of New York: I look around me and live in a rhythm that never stops, constantly changes, and sings to the souls of many.
